  • B/fast: fitness Cereal+kismiss & air 1 liter
  • Lunch: Buah & air 1 liter
  • Dinner: Spegeti 1/2 mangkuk kecil & air 500ml
  • JM workout, Level 1 - 30 minit
Day 20: 1 Aug 09
  • B/fast: fitness Cereal+kismiss & air 1 liter
  • Lunch: Sup & 500ml air
  • Dinner: Laksa 1 mangkuk & air 500ml
  • workout:.....tadeee...hehehe
Day 21: 2 Aug 09
  • B/fast: mihun goreng & air 1 liter
  • Lunch: sup bayam & air 500ml
  • Dinner: tak dinner aaarr.....dah kenyang...air 500ml
  • workout: main badminton - 45 min
erkkk....1 minggu lagi genap sebulan saya berdiet daaa...TAPI.....huhh susah mau turun berat....YYYYYYYYYyyy? uhuksss....kene tukar workout level neh......huhuhu...wat level 1&2
