  • b/fast: cereal+susu+kismiss & air 500ml
  • Lunch: sup sayur+kerabu jantung pisang+sambal udang * buah tembikai...(ada jamuan daa...)
  • Dinner: tomato ceri & air 600ml
  • Workout:....kemas umahhhh daaa......hehehe

nampak sangat saya kureng minum air....ishkkk3.....takpe try lagikkkk....
