  • Dinner: sup bayam & air 600ml
  • Workout: ...takdekkk....uhuksss3....tak larattt arrr...(alasan...)
bayam rebus tanpa garam....
yuhuuuuu..dah ado org pasan saya kurussss.....???....yekeeeeeeeeee?? ishkkk......dah laama tak timbang nie....seminggu pose br saya timbang....hehehe....TAPIIIIIIIIiiiii....ada laa rasaa2 part2 yg dah kureng lemak2nyer.....ahahaha..sokaaaaaaaaa
