Day 26: 7 Aug 2009
  • B/fast: Cereal+susu & 750ml air
  • Lunch: Sandwich tuna&salad & air 500ml
  • Petang: sandwich tuna & salad & air 500ml (perghhhh sedap plak layan sandwich tuna nie.....tunggu la sampai jemuuu kot baru tuko menu...hehehehe)
  • Dinner: ....karipap 1 ketul & air 600ml
  • Workout:....Zzzzzz.....wat keje umah laaa....adoiii
tak timbang lagi arrr....takotsss....kang tade tuwON....kot iLang Semangat Den...hihi.....
