update: Day 8 - 9

Day 8: 20 Julai 2009
  • b/fast: Oat+soya & air 1 liter
  • Lunch: Buah epal merah 1 biji & air 1 liter
  • Dinner: Roti + Jagung kukus 2 tangkai + stoberi...tah baper biji ku telan hehehehe

Senaman: Erobik dlm 15 minit....adoi tak laratttt.....hahahaha....

Day 9: 21 Julai 2009

  • B/fast: Conflakes+susu+stoberi & air 1 liter
  • Lunch: Mihun Sup 1 mangkuk kecil + neslo ais & air 1 liter
  • Dinner: Sup tomyam cendawan (rebus)

Senaman: Salsa erobic - 30 minit.....
