Update: Day 5-7

Day 5: 17 Jul 2009
  • b/fast: Oat+soya+air kosong 1liter
  • Lunch: epal merah+nenas+jambu batu+1 liter airkosong
  • Petang: waffle peanutt+coc (hehehe....ngelatt)
  • Dinner: tak makan arrrr....
  • exercise: main futsal......
Day 6: 18 Jul 2009
  • B/fast: sandwich telur 1 keping+air soya+air kosong
  • LUnch: Ikan kukus bercili+sayur+air limau suam
  • Petang: laksa+laici+air kosong
  • Dinner: jagung kukus+air
Day 7: 19 Jul 2009
  • B/fast: Jagung kukus 2 tangkai+air kosong 1 liter
  • Lunch: Ubi keledek madu kukus+air 1 liter
  • Dinner: makan kat tenpayaki..salmon+sayur2+teh hijau panas
yea yeaaa tanpa nasi okayy.....sayur byk gilerrr...mau pecah perottt aku neh kang
sekian melaporkan.......hukss3.....walaupun berat tak turun2.....namun SEMANGATTTTTT kene TERUSkannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn...!!!
