- B/fast: Cereal&susu+kismiss & 1 liter air
- Lunch: Buah betik+nenas (nyummmm3...huhuhu) & air 1 liter
- Dinner: terung celur cicah kicap cilii.....perghhhh cedappp....hehehe & air 500ml
malam tadi hubby nak makannn nasi...so sayaa bersilattt kat dapur dlm 1/2jammm...nih la hasilnyerrr.....(dah 2 hari dah dia suh msk sambal ikn bilis tuuuuu...erkkk....sedap sgt kot?? ahahahaha)
- Senaman: Erobic with DVD the biggest loserrr Level 1.....30 minit..(bess sgtt....sebab lencunn ngan peluhhh....)
