Day 12 & 13: 24 - 25Jul 2009
  • B/Fast: Whole wheat Cereal+susu+stoberi & 1 liter air
  • Lunch: Ikan bakar+sayur+buah epal hijau & 1 liter air
  • Dinner: ayam bakar & air 1 liter
  • takde erobik...coti maaaa...hahaha buley?

Day 14: 26 Jul 2009

  • B/fast: Whole Wheat Cereal+susu+kismis & 1 liter air
  • Lunch: Sup Ikan tenggiri+cendawan... anggur & stoberi & air 1 liter
  • Dinner: nasi putih 1/2 senduk.......mkn ngan sambal ikn bilis...(huhuhu...)
  • Erobik: DVD the biggest loser (week 1-2)....30 minit

saya try timbanggggg lorrr...........dan keputusannyerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
