update: day 2

Day 2 - 14 Julai 2009:
  • b/fast: oat+soya+air kosong 1 liter
  • Lunch: oat+soya+air kosong 1 liter
  • Minum petang: kuetiaw 1 piring kecil
  • Dinner: buah epal merah 1 biji+ air mineral 500ml
diet...diet gak....tapi masak tetap masak tuk hubby....hehehe...
Spegeti c-food hentam2 saja lah.... ni bukan menu diet yekk...
