Day 53: 2 Sept 2009
  • b/fast/sahur:
  • kurma 2 biji+pisang 1 biji
  • air soya 1 gelas
  • air 600ml

  • Lunch:
  • kuih tart 4 biji
  • biskut oat 1 pkt
  • susu 1 kotak
  • air 250ml

  • BUka puasa/dinner:
  • pisang 1 biji+kurma 2 biji
  • roti 2 keping+salad, ikan masak kicap 1 ekor...
  • soya jagung 1 mug + air 1 liter

  • Workout:
  • JM Level 2: 20 minitttttt jek...tak larattt rasa cm nk muntah daaa......perghhh...bole tahannn level 2 neh.....abih lencunnnn baju....kalo nak wat level 2 nii jgn laaa mkn byk2 ms berbuka...
