Day 57: 6 Sept 2009

  • b/fast/sahur:
  • kurma 2 biji+pisang 1 biji
  • air soya 1 gelas air 600ml

  • BUka puasa/dinner:
  • pisang 1 biji+kurma 2 biji
  • 2 keping roti+lempeng ayam 3 keping+sos spegeti+salad
  • soya 1 mug + air 1 liter

*rasa malas plak nak menimbangkan diri....huhuhuhu
